Accommodation will not be provided. However, food, bananas, water, and Glucon D will be available. Participants can also purchase meals via a coupon system or from various food stalls on campus.
Yes, the campus has a fully equipped infirmary and an ambulance on standby. In case of serious injuries, participants will be transported to Chellaram Hospital, located nearby.
Registration FAQ's
All registration payments are to be made online through the official Kurukshetra website using the available secure payment gateways.
Registrations cannot be canceled after payment unless an event is officially canceled by the organizers, in which case a refund will be processed.
As per our policy, refunds are only applicable if an event is canceled by the organizers. No refunds will be provided for personal cancellations.
If an event is canceled, participants will receive a full refund. In case of rescheduling, registered participants will be informed promptly via email and announcements.
Yes, on-spot registrations will be available for select events. Please confirm availability with the respective event heads from sports, cultural, or management teams.
