This event replicates the thrilling dynamics of the global reality show where aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their ideas to a panel of Sharks. Teams will negotiate for hypothetical equity or debt= investments while facing a surprise Crisis Twist that tests their ability to think fast, adapt, and defend their business model. This is not just about great ideas, it’s about how well you can survive the storm.

Dress Code: All participants should be dressed in either Western Formals or Indian Formals.
General Rules:
- Each team must register only once. Once registered, teams are not allowed to withdraw from the event.
- After registration, teams cannot be altered. No additions or changes to team members will be allowed.
- This is a round-based event with shortlisted finalists presenting live before the Sharks.
- Each team will get 15 minutes in total (7 mins to present the pitch, 5 minutes for Q&A and 3 minutes to deal with a twist)
- The Crisis Twist will be revealed during the pitch. Each team will receive a unique real-world problem.
- Teams should possess a diverse skill set covering business, finance, marketing, operations, human resources, etc.
- Teams must respond spontaneously with revised strategies to tackle the crisis..
- Pitch Decks must include: problem, solution, market analysis, competitor landscape, financial projections, and funding ask.
- Optional additions (mock-ups, video demos, or prototypes) are allowed.
- Each team’s performance will be evaluated both on the quality of their business plan and on how effectively they respond to crises.
- The participants have to make an Executive summary (brief about their idea) and submit it via a google form link which will be shared with the sharks beforehand.
- The presentations of only shortlisted participants will take place on event day.
- A timekeeper will be assigned to each presentation to ensure that teams adhere to the allotted time. Exceeding the time limit may result in point deductions or disqualification.
- Participants are not allowed to seek external help. All information provided during the competition must be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone outside the event.
- No plagiarized content should be used in presentations. All ideas and analyses must be original and properly attributed if referencing external sources.
- Discipline and decorum must be maintained at all times during the event. Any violations led to disqualification.
- The decision of the organizing committee and judges’ panel will be final and binding. The organizing committee reserves the right to add or modify any rules as deemed necessary during the event
