- Format: Round Robin – 3rd place and Final
- Match/Heats Duration: 75 minutes
- Team/Entry Size: Minimum 7 male and 7 female players
- Max Entries Per Institution: 21 players roster

- Note – All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cash Prize – Winners: ₹14000
Cash Prize – Second Place: ₹ 9000
- Special Awards: Top Scorer, Top Assister.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Open To: Open to University and Club teams
- ID Card Requirement: College ID and/or Government ID
A Team shall only comprise students currently enrolled in a program at the
institution.
IDs will be strictly verified, and if found fake, the team shall be disqualified.
- Match Rules
- Governing Rulebook Followed: Official WFDF Rulebook (rules.wfdf.sport)
- Key Rules:
- After the match, the field needs to be evacuated within 5 minutes to ensure that the next game starts on time.
- Even if the match starts late, it has to end on time.
- Half-time at 7 points or at 40 minutes (whichever comes first).
- Matches end at 13 points or on time.
- Each team shall have 1 timeout per half during all games.
- Semis and finals will be played to a total of 15 points.
- During Pool Stages in case there is a tie between the three teams for qualifying to the semis, Net Goal Difference will be considered to break the tie.
- In cases where the Net Goal Difference between any two teams is the same, the result of their match will be considered to break the tie.
- Conduct & Discipline
- Reporting Time & Late Entry Rules: If a team shows up 5 mins (or later) after the start time, the opponent team will be given points (1 point per minute after 5 minute grace time).
- Any of the two teams reporting late will result in the reduction of the match duration depending on the delay caused.
- Equipment & Facilities
- Provided by FLAME Kurukshetra Organising Committee: Discs, Standard 175 gm
- To Be Brought by Participants: Soft/hard ground CLEATS (football studs)
- Gear Restrictions (if any): Official Team Jersey with the same Colour and pattern. NO Jogging or running shoes, NO spikes or metal studs which might cause harm or injury to any player in any case.
- Refereeing & Decision Protocol
- Match Officials Present: Self Refreed Sport
- Dispute Procedure: Standard WFDF Calls on field
- Finality Clause: All decisions by the officials and FLAME Kurukshetra organising committee are final.
