- Format: 4 groups of 4 teams (round robin) then quarters, semis, and finals.
- Match Duration: 3hrs 20 minutes (inclusive of innings break)

Prize Structure
- Winners Prize: 1st Prize – Rs 72,000,
- 2nd Prize – Rs 40,000
- 3rd Prize – Rs 28,000.
- Special Awards: Trophy for the Most Valuable Player.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open To: Open to Universities only
- ID Card Requirement: If representing a college then Student College ID and Bonafide Certificate needed.
- Age Restrictions: 16 to 27. Match Rules
- Governing Rulebook Followed: International 20-over format
Key Rules:
- The playing 11 cannot be changed once submitted before the match.
- The captain needs to give a list of the players while submitting the tournament form.
- Fielding restrictions will be present for the first 6 overs.
- All no-balls will be free hits.
- Run-out at non-striker’s end is allowed.
- Concussion substitutes can only be taken if the umpire approves such a situation.
- Each inning should finish in a time span of 90 minutes.
- Each match should finish within 200 minutes (3hrs and 20minutes) inclusive of the Innings Break.
- For the first six overs, only two players can field outside the 30-yard circle.
- After 6 overs a max of 5 fielders can field outside the inner circle.
- In case of a match tie there will be a super over until the result is achieved.
- Every innings should be completed in 90 minutes, as soon as the team crosses 90 minutes a fielder will be called inside the 30-yard circle. This will be calculated as slow over rate.
- If the team crosses 95 minutes, then a penalty of 10 runs will be given to the other team for every 2 minutes exceeded.
- Apart from this all the cricketing rules will be applied.
- All other rules and regulations are as per the international 20-overs format.
Conduct & Discipline
- Reporting Time & Late Entry Rules: All the teams to report to the cricket ground 30 minutes before the match.
- Permitted/Prohibited Behaviour: All players have to wear cricketing whites. Any player not doing so will not be allowed to play.
- Warning, Penalty & Disqualification Criteria: No player can participate from two teams. Should this occur, it would lead to the disqualification of both teams. Equipment & Facilities
- Provided by FLAME Kurukshetra Organising Committee: FLAME Kurukshetra will provide match balls.
- To Be Brought by Participants: Each team has to get their personal kits, including the bats.
- Gear Restrictions: Cricket spikes, normal sports shoes and rubber studs are permitted. Batsmen will NOT be allowed to wear spikes on the pitch. Refereeing & Decision Protocol
- Match Officials Present: Umpires
- Dispute Procedure: Umpires decision is final.
- Finality Clause: All decisions by the officials and FLAME Kurukshetra organising committee are final.
Medical & Safety Guidelines
- On-Site Medical Support: A basic Medical Kit will be available on the ground during the match at all times. Infirmary and Ambulance services are available in case of severe injuries.
